Lysine and methionine are both the first limiting amino acids in high-yield dairy cows. At present, the concentrate supplement feed of dairy cows is mainly composed of corn grains, in which the lysine content is usually very low, and meanwhile the lysine cannot be synthesized in ruminants, so it is necessary to supplement lysine by exogenous source.
